Cancellation & Refund Policy

GPTRUSH believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

Cancellations

• Cancel anytime before the next billing cycle.
• Cancel through your account settings or contact support.
• Access ends at the end of the current billing cycle.

Refunds

• Full refunds within 24 hours of subscribing.
• Partial refunds for cancellations before the end of the first billing cycle, prorated based on unused time.
• No refunds after the first billing cycle.
• Refunds are processed within 5-7 working days from the date of the refund request and the amount will be credited to the customer's bank account within this period.

Exceptions

• No refunds for cancellations due to user error or technical issues within your control.
• No refunds for cancellations based on dissatisfaction with the tool's capabilities, unless it fails to deliver on advertised features.

Note: As a SaaS No-code AI tool, there are no physical goods or shipping involved in this policy.
